In English, and this is the whole agreement:

A mailbox here is public. Anybody who guesses the address, or is given the token that opens it, can read everything in it. There is no password and no owner.
Mail is kept for 30 days and then deleted. Nothing is backed up for you.
Receive only. Nothing can be sent from an address on this domain; there is no outgoing mail and there never will be.
Do not use an address here for a bank, a health service, an official form, or anything else where the mail matters, and do not have other people's mail delivered here.
No account, no sign-up, no charge. The service may change or stop without notice and is provided as-is.

The scratch store, the request bins and the key issuing on this host run under the same terms: nothing kept on them is private.
